Shipping Availability

·       We ship across Canada, excluding the Northwest Territories

·       Any orders placed with a shipping address within the Northwest Territories will unfortunately be canceled and refunded.

Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process. Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $350 CAD (before taxes).

Return & Refund Policy

·       All sales are final.

·       We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

STOLEN PACKAGES / LOST IN TRANSIT

All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Our team will reach out for an alternative shipping address; if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and put back into stock.

Masters Of The Multiverse shall not be held liable for delivery issues arising from customer-provided incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is sent back to us because delivery was unsuccessful, we will reach out to you, but you will be charged shipping to have it reshipped. If payment for this is not received within 5 business days of us reaching out, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Damages

Small tears, scuffs, and separations at the seams of factory-sealed product shrink-wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors, are completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation.
